Refund Policy

All sales are final. Utility Materials does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email info@utility.materials.nyc within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement if stock is available.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, contact the carrier first. We will help where we can, but lost or stolen packages are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
